至 fafafofo : Her name was Elizabeth "Libby" Hoeller. She was at University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2000-2004, where these were filmed. She got married in 2015 so she is Libby Huwiler now.

Her real name might be Elizabeth Heller. I searched and found a Lizzy Heller that went to University of Wisconsin-Madison. It looks like it could be her.

One of the first big webcam videos on the internet. Allegedly her BF leaked them to get back for her cheating or it was her BF's roommate who leaked them for other reasons.
